Gita Shamdasani, Sustainable Retail Curator, between Europe, Americas, Asia has accumulated 20+ years of extensive multidisciplinary experience from luxury retail, with leading brands fashion: Browns, Paul Smith, hotel boutiques: Grand Hotel Cap Ferrat, Faena Buenos Aires, Soneva Group Maldives, Thailand and Wellness spa boutiques, Soneva Soul, Maldives. The focus of which has been directed towards working with owners, and brand executives on developing retail strategy.
This experience is followed by the track record of spearheading an award-winning jewellery boutique and the accompanying pop-up shops, which have disrupted the retail market in the USA. Gita’s hotel retail signature is taking the “hotel” out of hotel boutiques globally.
About Gita, she is passionate about art and design, reflected by her previous positions as Vice Chair, Faena Art Board and Board Member Yeleen Group in the Miami. In her free time, Gita recently completed a quest to find the perfect Crème Brûlée and French Fries.
